There are many critical filtration applications in the manufacturing of semiconductors, flat panel displays, and storage media. A wide range of filtration devices with multiple media options and micron ratings are needed to cost-effectively perform the many filtration tasks that improve production yields with high quality products.

Media

Our polyethersulfone (PES), nylon, polypropylene and PTFE membranes and pleated and melt-blown polypropylene depth media are available in multiple filter formats for all flow ranges in process filtration applications. Disc filters support small scale flows of liquids or gases in test and research laboratories. Small capsule filters are available for low flow applications such as bench scale water systems or small product development systems. Our large disposable capsule filters, cartridge filters and cartridge filter housings are used for larger flow applications ranging from pilot production to full scale operations.

Description CHPN natural polypropylene housings are manufactured using high purity 100% all polypropylene materials giving you a wide range of compatibility and extremely low extractables. Available in ten or twenty inch lengths with 2-222 SOE or DOE style configurations. Inlet and outlet are 3/4ĒFNPT. The smooth finish of the CHPN make it ideal for high purity applications. CHR single cartridge ring closure housings are available in 316SS and are designed for both DOE style and 2-222/flat style cartridges. Sump seals are spring loaded for a good seal on DOE cartridges.

Description CIH multi cartridge swing bolt closure housings are a proven design suited for commercial and industrial applications. Available in 304SS or 316L SS. Standard with Universal seal cups to accept DOE & 222 single open end fin or flat cartridges. Housings are standard with food grade EP gasket and also offered in other materials and port sizes, allowing the CIH to meet a wide spectrum of applications.
