For over 20 years, CPF has been designing filtration products, and our machinery, to become the number one manufacturer of process filters. We supply high-quality filters for companies in diverse industries from bio-pharmaceutical to wine and beer, juices to auto airbags. CPF is an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility located in Nashua, New Hampshire, and is where we assemble and package all of our products in a clean-room environment. What you will be accomplishing in our team environment:

  • Assists Quality Manager with maintenance of internal Quality System.
  • Performs administrative operations of the Corrective Action System.
  • Supports customer and agency audits.
  • Interprets engineering drawings, and diagrams and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
  • Assists with standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
  • Reinforces the company development and maintenance of the ISO9001 procedures and work instructions.
  • Collaborates on programs to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
  • Supports company methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and assesses cost and responsibility.
  • Responsible for maintaining gages and other measuring equipment, including calibration requirements.
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety and efficiency of production department, or work teams.
  • Interfaces with other departments, the Quality Manager, and the Operations Manager to implement training programs as required.
  • Performs related duties as needed by supervisor.

What we are looking for:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Works well in group problem-solving situations as well as independently.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
  • Knowledge of Internet Software; Manufacturing Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Design Software; Inventory Software; Project Management Software; and Word Processing Software (Word).
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 requirements.
  • Knowledge of plastics, membranes, and/or manufacturing.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
