ETM Filters

ETM cartridge and capsule filters consist of a single-layer Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane. Designed to meet the needs of the electronics and high-purity chemical industries, ETM products are resistant to virtually all chemicals making them very effective in removing particles in gas and non-aqueous liquid filtration. They are most often used as final filters at the point of use, such as at tools. The ETM can also be ordered pre-wetted with water for use in aqueous solutions. Pore sizes range from 0.05 to 5.0 µm, and the filter sizes scale from laboratory to full production using identical materials to ensure consistent results. Each filter is individually tested to ensure integrity.

ETM filters are 100% integrity tested. CPF filters are developed and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System and designed to be used in cGMP-compliant processes. 

ETM Cartridges 

Available from 5-40 inches in length with several end connections and O-ring options. For applications using elevated temperatures,  ETM/HT Cartridges can be used in air/gas processes up to 221°F and in water processes up to 203°F. 

ETM Capsules

These filters are ETM cartridges encapsulated in a polypropylene shell to minimize exposure to process fluids. Sizes range from 2-30 inches in length.
