Long-lasting, highly efficient filters for liquids with a high particle load.
FHLP cartridge and capsule filters are made using high-loft Polypropylene depth media and comply with all FDA requirements for the food industry. They are designed to efficiently filter liquids with a high particle load to provide longer life and greater throughput where standard Polypropylene depth filters could experience premature fouling. Pore sizes range from 0.10 to 10 µm and filter sizes scale from laboratory to full production using identical materials to ensure consistent results.
These filters have low extractables to avoid affecting taste and other product characteristics such as foaming or brightness. FHLP filters provide superior throughput because of our unique thicker high-loft layer.
Applications
- Wine
- Beer
- Clear Juices
- Bottled Water
- Liquid Sugars
- Oils

Quality Assurance
CPF filters are developed and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System and designed to be used in cGMP-compliant processes.
FHLP Cartridges
Available from 5-40 inches in length with several end connections and O-ring options.
FHLP Capsules
These filters are FHLP cartridges encapsulated in a polypropylene shell to minimize exposure to process fluids. A popular choice for single-use applications and can be disposed of easily. Sizes range from 2-30 inches in length.
