Critical Process Filtration is hiring for a Sales and Marketing Administrator in Nashua, NH!

Critical Process Filtration is a family-owned and privately-held company with a global and regional reach but a family feel. For over 25 years, CPF has been designing filtration products, and our own machinery, with the goal of becoming the number one manufacturer of process filters. We supply high-quality filters for companies in diverse industries from bio-pharmaceutical to wine and beer, juices to auto airbags. CPF is an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing facility located in Nashua, New Hampshire, and is where we assemble and package all of our products in a clean-room environment. CPF has an exciting opening in our Nashua location for a Sales and Marketing Administrator. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing Manager to help drive Critical Process Filtration to its next phase of growth. You will help create and execute integrated marketing and communications plans for our internal stakeholders, current customers, and new prospects. You will also be responsible for the administrative support of the Sales team as well as providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications we need:

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS or other top-quality CRM systems
  • Professional verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in graphic design for digital (e.g. email, web, social media, etc.) and traditional print
  • Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work within the HubSpot CMS platform to develop/edit/enhance our website
  • Fulfill daily administrative and coordination tasks
  • Maintain CPF brand standards across all materials
  • Responsible for the execution of all internal and external communication.
  • Monitor and maintain a corporate website with current content, including data, video, and the use of search engine optimization
  • Develop, establish, and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Perform accurate order entry and administrative support on a timely basis.
  • Integrate customer information from HubSpot.
  • Provide information regarding products, order status, and pricing to customers via phone & E-mail.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Quote prices, and prepare sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions.
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into a computer database
  • Performs other duties as requested.
