Preventative Maintenance Lead

Critical Process Filtration, a TCPA Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality filtration solutions for pharmaceutical, electronics, process water, and gas filtration. We are currently seeking a Preventative Maintenance Lead to join our growing team in Nashua, NH.
Summary:
This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with maintenance on production machinery. This role reports to the Operations Manager. The hours of this position are Monday through Friday 7:30-4:00.
Responsibilities:
- Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Maintains tools and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition
- Performs special maintenance duties in Clean Room and Non Controlled Areas
- Helps replacing equipment and lighting devices as required
- Works with equipment vendors as needed
- Orders parts as needed for machine maintenance
- Plans and maintains an organized warehouse
- Performs and oversees inventory counts
- Oversees and fills in for shipping duties
- Oversees and assists with the organization and cleanliness of the manufacturing areas and facility
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Digital Scale
- Pallet Jack
- Hand Tools
- Wrenches
- Floor Steamer
- Vacuum
- Digital and Analog Calipers
- Thickness Gauge
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Inventory Software and Microsoft Office
- Ability regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
