We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to support our continued growth.

Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating sales activities to achieve company revenue, growth, and market expansion objectives. This role manages sales strategy execution, customer relationships, and sales team performance while working closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and expand key customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Establish sales objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics; monitor results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to align sales strategies with company initiatives and customer needs.
- Conduct regular customer visits, sales presentations, and technical discussions to promote products and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity; provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as required; prepare follow-up reports and action plans.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM data management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Travel up to 75%, including domestic travel to customer sites, distributors, and industry events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Eight years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing, filtration, life sciences, or technical products environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
- Strong business judgment, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.
