Critical Process Filtration, a TCPA Company, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality filtration solutions for pharmaceutical, electronics, process water, and gas filtration. We are currently seeking a Lab Technician to join our growing team in Nashua, NH.

Summary:

The Laboratory Technician is primarily responsible for performing analytical methods, providing support to Manufacturing, Research and Development, and Quality groups via QC analysis.

What you will be accomplishing in our team environment:

• Filtrates solutions using specialized equipment
• Assists in data collection to support new product development.
• Operates and performs preventive maintenance of analytical equipment.
• Makes recommendations and implements changes to continually improve efficiency in all areas.
• Assists co-workers in scale-up activities for new products and processes.
• Analyzes data and prepares progress reports.
• QC Bacterial / Lal Testing as required.
• May assist with operating of Membrane Casting Line.
• Other duties may be assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Scientific and/or Manufacturing background preferred.
• Versed in collecting and researching data.
• Ability to design work flow and procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
