CPF has an exciting opening in our Nashua location for a Preventative Maintenance Machine Technician. This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with maintenance on production machinery.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with maintenance on production machinery. This role reports to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Maintains tools and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition.
  • Performs special maintenance duties in Clean Room and Non Controlled Areas.
  • Helps replacing equipment and lighting devices as required.
  • Works with equipment vendors as needed.
  • Orders parts as needed for machine maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Hand Tools
  • Wrenches
  • Floor Steamer
  • Vacuum
  • Digital and Analog Calipers
  • Thickness Gauge
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
